I was very skeptical to eat here as I saw the other reviews, but I was craving a salad and knew that had a good selection so I stopped.
As I expected the salad bar looked good with a lot of options. As well, the service was great so I surely can't complain.
I would go here again. -

I haven't been to RT in years. It wasn't bad at all but it wasn't like wow either. The food was tasty, the service was fair and the restaurant was very clean.
I am a salad fanatic, I eat it everyday so when I decided to go to the salad bar I was excited. What brings this post from a 5 star to a 3 star was the salad bar. Talk about visible wilted lettuce....how could you put it on the bar knowing it's condition. Once I've seen them replace the lettuce, that's when I decided to eat.
Besides that, everything else was good. -

Britney was great! Made you feel like you were home! Definitely will come back after our dirt bike trip again!

It was my first time at a Ruby Tuesday (that wasn't located in the airport), and I was surprised to find that I preferred the menu at the airport location.
I went for a family dinner with my parents and sisters on an early Sunday evening, where it was mostly empty and we were seated right away. There is no drink menu for anything except alcohol, and as expected, essentially no craft beer selection. In general, the prices were actually a bit higher than I'd expect for a chain American dining restaurant, especially considering nothing was fancy. Also, apparently as of last June, they no longer bring out bread and butter to the table while you wait (sigh).
For $10 or an extra $3 added onto your meal, you could help yourself endlessly to the salad bar. The salad bar had some fruit options, but my sister noted it had no chicken, and that you had to pay extra to get meat (so she opted to order her own chicken salad off of the menu).
I was hoping to order the mac and cheese but they couldn't prepare it without the bacon (it's premade) and the pasta primavera was premade with veggies that I didn't like (that's all they had for pasta vegetarian options). The menu didn't have flatbread options like the airport location did. So I was stuck ordering the pasta with tomato basil sauce off of the kids menu. It was pretty good/average though, but if they'd had made their dishes fresh or had better pasta options on the menu, then I wouldn't have had to resort to the children's menu. My sister's chicken salad was good and reasonably sized, but mine and my parents meals were all very small portions.
Overall, our service was good but I don't think the premade low quality food is worth the price. I wouldn't return to Ruby Tuesday again, if I was given any choice in the matter. -

Salad bar was sad the lettuce was so brown and gross. The boneless chicken wings were disgusting and hard to even chew. I would skip this location
